  • All Purpose Flour 2 cup
  • Warm Milk 1/2 cup
  • Warm Water1/4 cup
  • Active YEast 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar1 Tablespoon
  • Butter6 Tablespoons
  • Salt1/2 Teaspoon


  1. Combine yeast , sugar into water and let it sit for a while.
  2. Add milk, salt , 2 tablespoons of butter and mix. Add in the flour and make dough. Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours to rise.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts, Take one and roll out using rolling pin nice and thin.
  4. Spread some butter , then make an hole in center and fold the dough on itself all around then cut to make a log. and brush some more butter on it and roll it again to make a ball. Again roll out using rolling pin nice and round then transfer it to the warm pan and cook on medium heat until lightly brown. Turn over and cook the other side too.
