Homemade Bread

    Ingredients

    • Flour (white)4 3/4 cups
    • Warm Water2 cups
    • Instant Dry yeast1 Tablespoon
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil3 Tablespoons
    • Sugar1 Tablespoon
    • Black Tillslittle



    Instructions

    1. Combine water sugar,oil , salt and instant yeast.
    2. Add flour and mix well, Knead it well then cover the dough with a plastic and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours.
    3. Flatten and shape the dough as desired on baking tray.
    4. Pre heat oven and bake it at 230 c  for 20 minutes.
