Flat Bread with Onion

Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour2 1/2 cups
- Caster sugar2 Tablespoons
- Oil2 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Dry Instant Yeast1 Teaspoon
- Warm Water1 cup
- Onion1 sliced
- Salt To Taste
- Butter2 Tablespoons
- Egg1
- Khush khush and black tills1 Tablespoon
- For For Dough
- For For Onion
Instructions
- Combine sliced onion, salt and butter and press with your hands well to softens. Set aside.
- Combine water, sugar and yeast let it stand for a minute then add oil, salt and flour to make flour. Let the dough rest for an hour or until double in size.
- Divide the dough into two and roll the dough out thinner in center and thicker in edges using hands. Cover them in kitchen towel for 15-20 minutes. Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle the onions & khush khush & black tills. Then slightly press the onions with your palm.
- Pre heat oven and bake the the bread for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
