- Onion2 finely chopped
- Boiled Potato2 mashed
- Chilli2 finely chopped
- Bread Crumbs or Flour2 tablespoons
- Coriander1 Tablespoon Finely chopped
- SaltTo Taste
- Oil1/4 cup
- Mix all the ingredients except oil.
- Make small balls then press it gently to flatten the mixture.
- In a pan add oil and place the flatten mixture to shallow fry both sides.
- Veg Chapli Kabab is ready
