Egg Tomatoes (revised)

Egg and tomatoes dish is a very simple dish and very tasty. Sweet onion adds more taste to it and makes it more delicious!
Here is how to make Egg Tomatoes with onion.

  • Ghee2 Tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced1 Tablespoons
  • Onion, chopped1 Medium
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped 3-4
  • Green Chili, minced1 Tablespoon
  • Black Pepper1 Teaspoon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Eggs3
  • Oregano Leaves1 Tablespoon


  • In a pan fry garlic, onion with ghee until the onions lightly brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, salt, pepper and cook covered for some time.
  • When tomatoes cooks, add eggs and cover the pan with the lid for a minute.
  • Garnish with oregano leaves and serve.
