Tandori Potato Samosa

Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour2 1/2 cup
- Salt To Taste
- Water1 cup
- Pototoes3
- Garlic3 cloves minced
- Onion2 diced
- Oil2 Tablespoons
- Tumeric1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt and pepperTo Taste
- Egg1
- Black Tillsome
- Sesame Seedssome
- For For Dough
- For For filling
- For For Glaze
Instructions
- For the filling, Peel and chop finely the potatoes and boil the potatoes with turmeric, salt and water, then drain well . Heat oil stir fry garlic and onion then add the boiled potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- To make dough, add warm water and salt to sifted flour, knead for 5 minutes then let stand for an hour. Divide the dough into four and roll out dough into 3-4 mm (1/8 in) layers and grease surface with melted butter. Roll up the dough tightly forming a log, and let it cool at fridge for 30-40 minutes. Cut log into 1 inch pieces and place on their flat sides. Roll out into small flat rounds. Place a spoonful of filling in the center, and fold the four edges around the filling forming Square Shape, and completely enclose the mixture and brush beaten egg over all Samosa s and sprinkle some black tills & sesame then bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool and serve.
