Ingredients
- Chickpea Flour3/4 cup
- Rice flour1/4 cup
- Oil 3 Tablespoons
- Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
- Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon
- Water1/3 cup & 3 tablespoons
- Oil For Deep Frying
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and make a very soft dough.
- Grease the Press and fill the mixture into the Press.
- Heat oil and press the Semiyan directly to the oil, once one side is slightly brown turn the side to cook the other side. Then remove from oil. Done.
