      For For Cover
  • Flour2 3/4 cup (extra for flooring)
  • Water1 cup
  • Oil4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
    1. For For Filling
  • Boiled Potatoes3
  • Boiled Peas1/2 cup
  • Mixmasala1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli2 chopped
  • Oil for deep frying


For Cover

  1. Combine water oil and salt then add flour and mix well.
  2. Kneed it for 10 minutes.
  3. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

For Fillings Combine all the ingredients and set it aside. Making Samosa

  1. Make small - small balls and with rolling pin flatten it oval shape.
  2. Divide the rolled dough with a knife from the center.
  3. Now take the semi circle shape of dough and fold it like triangle. Look at pictures.
  4. Take a tablespoon of filling and make a ball and put it inside the triangle, then take the semi - circle shape part of the dough and fold to seal it.
  5. Transfer it to pre heated oil and cook it till golden brown.
  6. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.
