  • Julienned Orange Peel1 cup
  • Chicken/Meat soup, strained1/2 kg
  • Almond, blanched1/2 cup
  • Pistachio, blanched1/2 cup

  4.  Keep in mind that before covering the rice for steaming/cooking for 20 minutes, Wrap the orange peel, strained meat and blanched almond & pistachio separately and place them around the rice.
  5. When the rice is cooked then first remove the orange, almond & pistachio and meat from rice. Place the meat in a large plate then cover it with rice, then spread the orange, almond , pistachio on top of rice. Ready to serve.
