Onion Samosa

Ingredients
- Flour1 , 1/4 cup
- Oil1/4 cup
- Salt To Taste
- Water as needed
- Onion, thinely sliced1 cup
- Cabbage, thinly chopped1/2 cup
- Chilli, choppedTo Taste
- Black pepperTo Taste
- Soya sauce1 Tablespoon
- Oil1 Tabelspoon
- Coriander1 Tablespoon
- SaltTo Taste
- For Dough
- For Filling
Instructions
- For Cover: Combine oil , Flour and salt then add slowly little water and mix well then knead it with extra flour on floured surface for some time (the dough should be not soft). Let rest for 15 minutes.
- For Filling :Mix and combine all the ingredients for filling and set aside.
- Onion Samosa Preparation:Roll the dough so thinly using pasta machine or rolling pin (i used pasta machine). Cut the rolled dough into square shapes then another cut to become triangle using a knife. Add a spoonful of mixture in the center and fold the two sides first then take another side and wrap around the filling then seal it at the back.
- Heat oil and deep fry both sides in oil until golden brown, remove from oil and Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
