- Mushrooms1 package
- Yogurt3 Tablespoons
- Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon
- Red Chily powder1/2 Teaspoon
- Garlic and chilly , paste2 Tablespoons
- Black Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
- SaltTo Taste

- In a bowl combine yogurt , turmeric,red chilly , garlic & chilly paste, salt and pepper.
- Now mix the mushrooms cover and let it set for an hour.
- Arrange them into skewers and sprinkle some curry leaves and some oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
