      For For Wrapper
  • Flour1/2 cup
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Water3/4 cup
    1. For For filling
  • Cabbage 1/2 cup shredded
  • Bell Pepper1/2 cup cut
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Oil1 Tablespoon
  • Oil for Deep Frying


For Wrapper

  1. Mix and whisk the ingredients well. Let it set for half an hour.
  2. Pour a spoonful of batter to a pan and spread it so thin with help of your spoon.
  3. Heat burner and cook it for 15-20 seconds on medium heat.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and put the wrapper on a plate. Repeat this till all your batter is finished.

For Filling Stir Fry all the ingredients for 3-5 minutes. Crispy Spring Rolls

  1. Take a wrapper and add a spoonful of mixture and fold the two edges first then roll it like a Cigar roll .
  2. Deep fry them.
  3. Serve it with chutney of ketchup.
