Paneer Pakura

Ingredients
- Chick Pea Flour1/2 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Curry Masala, Black Pepper and saltTo Taste
- Baking Sodaa pinch
- Paneer100 grams sliced
- Curry Masala, Black Pepper and saltTo Taste
- Canola Oil For frying1/2 cup
- For Pakura Batter
- For Making Pakura
Instructions
- Making Batter: Combine and mix all the ingredients well. Set aside.
- Sprinkle some Curry Masala, Black Pepper and salt on sliced Paneer.
- Heat up oil , and dip the sliced Paneer into the batter then transfer it to the heated oil and cook until lightly brown.
- Serve with Chutney.
