Ingredients

      For Pakura Batter
  • Chick Pea Flour1/2 cup
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Curry Masala, Black Pepper and saltTo Taste
  • Baking Sodaa pinch
    1. For Making Pakura
  • Paneer100 grams sliced
  • Curry Masala, Black Pepper and saltTo Taste
  • Canola Oil For frying1/2 cup



Instructions

 

  1.  Making Batter: Combine and mix all the ingredients well. Set aside.
  2. Sprinkle some Curry Masala, Black Pepper and salt on sliced Paneer.
  3. Heat up oil , and dip the sliced  Paneer into the batter then transfer it to the heated oil and cook until lightly brown.
  4. Serve with Chutney.
