- Corn Flour/Maize or ard jawari1/2 cup
- All Purpose Flour1/4 cup
- SaltTo Taste
- Cumin Seed (optional)1/2 Teaspoon
- Hot Water1/4 cup
- oil1 Teaspoon
- Vegetable oilFor Deep Frying
- Combine corn flour, flour, salt, cumin seeds and oil , hot water and make dough. Knead for sometime.
- Roll it out using rolling pin, then cut them triangle shapes.
- Heat oil and deep fry Corn chips or nacho chips.
- Serve it with salsa.
