Corn Chips (Nacho)

Ingredients

  • Corn Flour/Maize or ard jawari1/2 cup
  • All Purpose Flour1/4 cup
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Cumin Seed (optional)1/2 Teaspoon
  • Hot Water1/4 cup
  • oil1 Teaspoon
  • Vegetable oilFor Deep Frying



Instructions

  1. Combine corn flour, flour, salt, cumin seeds and oil , hot water and make dough. Knead for sometime.
  2. Roll it out using rolling pin, then cut them triangle shapes.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry Corn chips or nacho chips.
  4. Serve it with salsa.
