  • Bread Slices 6
  • Boiled potato4
  • Mix spices1 Tablespoon
  • Grated Galic1 Teaspoon
  • Salt and pepperTo Taste
  • Oil3 Tablespoons


  1. Dip the slice of bread into water and wet it slightly, then squeeze with your palms the excess water.
  2. Mix potato, spices, salt pepper, garlic. Take a tablespoon of mixture and put in center of bread and wrap it well to cover all potato mixture.
  3. Heat oil and deep fry it or arrange bread rolls on baking tray and spray some oil and bake  or grill for 15 minutes.
