- Bread Slices 6
- Boiled potato4
- Mix spices1 Tablespoon
- Grated Galic1 Teaspoon
- Salt and pepperTo Taste
- Oil3 Tablespoons
- Dip the slice of bread into water and wet it slightly, then squeeze with your palms the excess water.
- Mix potato, spices, salt pepper, garlic. Take a tablespoon of mixture and put in center of bread and wrap it well to cover all potato mixture.
- Heat oil and deep fry it or arrange bread rolls on baking tray and spray some oil and bake or grill for 15 minutes.
