      For For Dough
  • All purpose Flour2 cups plus some extra for flooring
  • Warm Water3/4 cup
  • Dry Instant Yeast1 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Ghee or Butter1/4 cup
  • salt 1/2 teaspoon
    1. For For Filling
  • Minced Meat or Soya Granules1 cup
  • Onion3 finely chopped
  • Cooking oil2 Tablespoons
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Black Peper1/2 Teaspoon
  • Black Till1 Teaspoon
  • Egg1


  1. If using soya, Soak in water the soya for 2 minutes then rinse well several times and squeeze its water, set aside.  Heat oil add chopped onion and saute for a minute then add minced meat or soya , season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Combine water,  yeast and then mix ghee , salt then add flour to make soft dough. Let it rest for 1-2 hours or till rise and double in size.
  3. Roll out the dough using machine or rolling pin, then cut them into square, place a tablespoon of mixture in center and join two corners together, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle some black tills. Place it into baking sheet.
  4. Pre-heat oven and bake at 230 c  for 15 minutes or till lightly brown.
