Balish Namkin (balish with soya)

Ingredients
- All purpose Flour2 cups plus some extra for flooring
- Warm Water3/4 cup
- Dry Instant Yeast1 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ghee or Butter1/4 cup
- salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Minced Meat or Soya Granules1 cup
- Onion3 finely chopped
- Cooking oil2 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Black Peper1/2 Teaspoon
- Black Till1 Teaspoon
- Egg1
- For For Dough
- For For Filling
Instructions
- If using soya, Soak in water the soya for 2 minutes then rinse well several times and squeeze its water, set aside. Heat oil add chopped onion and saute for a minute then add minced meat or soya , season with salt and black pepper.
- Combine water, yeast and then mix ghee , salt then add flour to make soft dough. Let it rest for 1-2 hours or till rise and double in size.
- Roll out the dough using machine or rolling pin, then cut them into square, place a tablespoon of mixture in center and join two corners together, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle some black tills. Place it into baking sheet.
- Pre-heat oven and bake at 230 c for 15 minutes or till lightly brown.
