
Mini Pizza

Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour1 1/4 cups
- Olive Oil2 Tablespoons
- Caster sugar1 Tablespoon
- SaltTo Taste
- Dry Instant Yeast1 Teaspoon
- Warm Water1/2 cup
- Tomato Sauce4 Tablespoons
- Mozeralla Cheese grated1/2 cup
- Olive Oil4 Tablespoons
- Black sliced Olivesome
- Soya chunks cookedsome
- Oregano or Pizza Masalasome
- For For Dough
- For For Filling
Instructions
- For dough: combine water with sugar and yeast and let it stand for a minute, then add oil and salt and slowly add the flour to make the dough. Knead for some time. Let it rest for an hour till double in size.
- For Tomato Sauce Click Here, Divide the dough into four and make small balls, then roll each out and transfer them into baking tray. Add a tablespoonful of tomato sauce on each pizza dough, then add the grated mozeralla cheese, add the soya chunks and black olive slices and spray one tablespoon of olive oil around all pizzas. Finally sprinkle the pizza masala or oregano.
- Pre heat oven and bake the mini pizzas for 15 minutes. Serve them with ketchup. Good for kids School lunch boxes.
