Ingredients

  • Pie Crust1
  • Milk, scalded2 cups
  • Sugar5 Tablespoons
  • Vanilla Essence2 Tablespoons
  • Eggs3
  • Cardamom1 Teaspoon



Instructions

  2. Whisk the sugar, eggs, vanilla then add scalded milk and whisk well to avoid lumps.
  3. Bake the pie crust shell for 5-7 minutes then pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees C for 6 minutes. Reduce heat to 170 degrees C. Cook 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean & then sprinkle the cardamom powder. Chill before serving.
