Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients
- Pie Crust1
- Milk, scalded2 cups
- Sugar5 Tablespoons
- Vanilla Essence2 Tablespoons
- Eggs3
- Cardamom1 Teaspoon
Instructions

- Whisk the sugar, eggs, vanilla then add scalded milk and whisk well to avoid lumps.
- Bake the pie crust shell for 5-7 minutes then pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees C for 6 minutes. Reduce heat to 170 degrees C. Cook 30 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean & then sprinkle the cardamom powder. Chill before serving.
