Ingredients

      For For Dalda
  • Bulgur, (Gandom Dalda)1 cup
  • Onion1 chopped
  • Ghee or butter2 Tablespoons
  • Mix Spices1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic1 Tablespoon grated
  • Salt To Taste
  • Water2 1/2 cup
    1. For For Serving Dalda
  • Cooked Kidney Beans stewas desired
  • Dal Nakhod (Chana Dal) Curryas desired
  • Afghani Mix Curdas desired
  • Dry mintsome
  • Hot ghee or butter3 Tablespoons



Instructions

  3. Mix Curd Recipe Click here.
  4. Cook the onion and garlic in ghee for a minute.
  5. Add spices, salt , water and washed bulgur. And cook it thick and soft. (I cook in pressure cooker)
  6. Serve the dalda with dal nakhod and kidney beans, mix curd and garnish it with mint. At last pour the hot ghee over the Dalda.
