Dalda (bulgur)

Ingredients
- Bulgur, (Gandom Dalda)1 cup
- Onion1 chopped
- Ghee or butter2 Tablespoons
- Mix Spices1 Tablespoon
- Garlic1 Tablespoon grated
- Salt To Taste
- Water2 1/2 cup
- Cooked Kidney Beans stewas desired
- Dal Nakhod (Chana Dal) Curryas desired
- Afghani Mix Curdas desired
- Dry mintsome
- Hot ghee or butter3 Tablespoons
- For For Dalda
- For For Serving Dalda
Instructions

- Kidney beans recipe click here.
- Mix Curd Recipe Click here.
- Cook the onion and garlic in ghee for a minute.
- Add spices, salt , water and washed bulgur. And cook it thick and soft. (I cook in pressure cooker)
- Serve the dalda with dal nakhod and kidney beans, mix curd and garnish it with mint. At last pour the hot ghee over the Dalda.
