Vegetable Manchurian

Ingredients
- Cabbage 1/2 cup grated
- Carrot1/4 cup grated
- Spring Onion4 minced
- Garlic4 cloves minced
- All Purpost Flour1/3 cup ( or as needed to form the balls)
- Corn Starch2 Tablepoons
- Mix Spices(black pepper, red chili, tumeric)1 Tablespoon
- Soya Sauce1 teaspoon
- Coriander + chillisome chopped
- Salt To Taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
- Spring Onion12 sliced
- Tomato3 chopped
- Garlic3 cloves minced
- Soya Sauce1 Tablespoon
- Corn Starch1 Tablespoon
- chilli2 chopped
- Water 1/2 cup
- Ajinomoto1 Teaspoon
- Salt To Taste
- For Manchurian balls
- For For Sauce
Instructions
- For Balls: Mix all grated vegetables ,add in flour, corn flour, salt, mix spices and soya sauce mix again to combine together.
- Make walnuts size small balls.
- Heat oil and deep fry the balls.
- Keep them aside.
- For Sauce: In a pan add oil and saute minced garlic and the chopped spring onion.
- Add chopped tomato, chillies and saute keep stirring it on low flame heat for few minutes.
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon corn starch in 1/2 cup water and add to make the sauce.Keep stirring to avoid lumps.
- Now add the Manchurian balls and stir.
- Garnish it with coriander and serve.
