Vanilla Ice-cream

  • Cream1 cup
  • Milk2 cups
  • Dry Milk1 cup
  • Condensed Milk1/2 Tin
  • Vanilla Essence2 Tablespoons


  1. Combine dry milk, condensed milk, whole milk and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  2. Freeze until half frozen, then whip the cream and combine it with mixture well. Freeze again for 6-8 hours to set. Serve.
