      For For Dough
  • Flour1 & 1/4 cups
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Salta pinch
  • Butter1/4 cup for frying
    1. For For Filling
  • Milk1 cup
  • Flour1/3 cup
  • Sugar3 Tablespoons
  • Cardamom1/2 Teaspoon


  1. Mix water salt and flour to  make dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix milk, sugar, cardamom and flour, then place it on medium heat and  cook and stir it till thickens.
  3. Make small ball the size of half an egg, then roll it out as thin as possible into round shape like flat bread, heat pan add enough butter and cook the flat bread but not much, it  should look white and soft (it needs only 3-4 seconds each side to set). Remove it from pan and spread milk mixture on top surface of flat bread and fold it like half moon.Its ready,but I after folding it like half moon then rolled it and let it cook for few seconds more to get crispy.See the picture, you can have them crispy or soft its your choice to eat. enjoy
