Blueberry Pancake

  • All Purpose Flour1 , 1/2 cups
  • Maize Flour1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder1 TBS
  • Sugar4 TBS
  • Vanilla Essence1 TBS
  • Milk1, 1/4 Cups
  • Melted Butter1/4 cup
  • Blueberry, frozen3/4 cup
  • Eggs2 no


  1. Combine flour, maize flour, baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar, milk using a hand whisker.
  3. Add in blueberries , dry ingredients now and whisk again to make the batter.
  4. Finally add melted butter and mix to combine.
  5. Now heat the pan and spray cooking oil a skillet, then lower the heat.
  6. Pour a big spoonful of batter to skillet and cook until it bubbles, then flip to cook the other side. (repeat with the rest of batter)
  7. Serve with honey, and some more blueberries.
