Turnip Stew

    Ingredients

    • Turnip , chopped3
    • Onions, chopped2
    • Tomatoes, pureed 4
    • Ginger paste1/2 Teaspoon
    • Turmeric powder1/4 Teaspoon
    • Red Chili Powder1/2 Teaspoon
    • Jaggary2 Tablespoons
    • Saltto Taste
    • Cooking oil1/4 cup
    • Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon



    Instructions

    1. Turnip : Heat oil and fry onions until lightly brown.Add chopped Turnip and cover and cook on low heat till the turnip is soft. Stir in between.
    2. Add tomato puree, ginger , red chili , black pepper, turmeric, jaggary and cook on low heat till all the ingredients combines and make a soft texture. Keep Stirring.
    3. Serve with rice
