
Tangy Penne Pasta

Ingredients
- Boiled Penne Pasta 500 grams
- Olive Oil1/4 cup
- Garlic, minced4
- Onions, chopped3
- Capsicum, chopped1
- Tomato, chopped3
- Black Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
- Oregano , or Pasta Seasoning1 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice1 lemon
- SaltTo Taste
- Fresh coriander, choppedsome
Instructions
- Fry garlic in the oil, then lightly brown the onions. Add in the tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Add in Capsicum and stir fry a minute.
- Add in boiled penne pasta , salt, lemon juice, pasta seasoning, and coriander then combine all. Cook for 2 more minutes on medium heat and remove from heat.
