- Cut the top of Squash then empty inside the squash using a knife and spoon.
- Heat oil and cook garlic , onion for a minute. Add carrot, capsicum, green chili , rice, soya or meat (any you use, i used soya) season with salt and pepper and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Now fill the cooked mixture into the emptied squash and cover it with its cut cap.
- For tomato sauce: Cook garlic and tomato in oil then add chili , salt & pepper 1 cup of water. Place the filled squash in center of cooking pot and cover , let simmer on medium heat until the squash soft and cooked well. (i cooked it in pressure cooker it takes less time to cook).
