- LadFingers125 Grams
- Tomato6 Finely chopped
- Onion2 Finely chopped
- Garlic1 Teaspoon minced
- Curry Leavessome
- Ghee or Vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons
- Water1/4 cup
- Salt & PepperTo Taste
- Cook the garlic and curry leaves in oil then add onion and tomato and cook well, season with salt & pepper. Let it cool.
- Wash and clean the ladyfingers then slit them all.
- Fill the filling into slitted ladyfingers and arrange it in cooking dish and add the water then lower the heat and cook (covered) for 10 minutes. (or microwave it for 5 minutes).
