Stuffed Ladyfingers

Ingredients

  • LadFingers125 Grams
  • Tomato6 Finely chopped
  • Onion2 Finely chopped
  • Garlic1 Teaspoon minced
  • Curry Leavessome
  • Ghee or Vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons
  • Water1/4 cup
  • Salt & PepperTo Taste



Instructions

  1. Cook the garlic and curry leaves in oil then add onion and tomato and cook well, season with salt & pepper. Let it cool.
  2. Wash and clean the ladyfingers then slit them all.
  3. Fill the filling into slitted ladyfingers and arrange it in cooking dish and add the water then lower the heat and cook (covered)  for 10 minutes. (or microwave it for 5 minutes).
