Soya Curry

Ingredients
- Soya Chunks , boiled1 cup
 - Tomato, Finely chopped8
 - Onions, Finely chopped 2
 - Garlic, Paste2 Tablespoons
 - Ginger , paste1 Tablespoon
 - Curry Leaves10
 - Curry Powder2 Tablespoons
 - Chilli Powder1 Tablespoon
 - Paprika 1 Tablespoon
 - Ghee 4 Tablespoons
 - Tamarind paste2 Tablespoons
 - Yugort 1/4 cup
 - Cream1/4 cup
 - Salt To Taste
 - Water1/4 cup
 - Cashew nuts, paste8
 
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and stir fry boiled soya with some salt and 1 tablespoon of curry powder. set aside.
 - Heat rest of the ghee and cook curry leaves, garlic, ginger, onion and tomatoes.
 - Add curry powder, chili powder, tamarind, and cook covered on medium heat until cooks well.
 - Add the yogurt, cream and water cook covered for sometime until the oil separates from curry.
 - Add the fried soya and cashew nut paste and cook covered for few minutes more on low heat.
