      For Soya Preparation:
  • Soya Chunks1 Cup
  • Vegetable Oil3 Tablespoons
  • Ajinomoto 1/4 Teaspoon
  • SaltTo Taste
  • Mix Spices1 Tablespoon
    1. For Tortilla Preparation:
  • All Purpose Flour2 1/2 cups
  • Cooking oil2 Tablespoons
  • Warm Milk1 cup
  • Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt To Taste
    1. For Soya Wrap Preparation:
  • Onion , sliced (optional)1
  • Tomato, sliced (optional)1
  • Lettuce or cabage , chopped (optional)As Required
  • MayonnaiseAs Required


Soya Preparation:

  1. Boil soya chunks in water and salt for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Then drain and rinse 3 times well, squeeze the soya chunks so all its water go away.
  2. Heat oil stir fry the soya chunks for a couple of minutes, then add in spices/masala, ajinomoto, salt.

Tortilla Preparation:

  1. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder and oil.
  2. Add milk slowly. Mix well till forms dough.
  3. Now knead the dough for 10 minutes on floored surface till the dough gets firm and soft.
  4. Cover it with cotton cloth or wrap it with plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Make small small balls from dough and roll it round on floured surface with rolling pin.
  6. Transfer it to pre heated pan on burner.
  7. Cook one side then turn the other side to be cooked. See pictures.

Wrap Preparation:

  1. Take one tortilla then spread one tablespoon of Mayonnaise.
  2. Spoon some soya, sliced vegetables  (optional) and wrap.
  3. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
