- Marination: Combine Yogurt, Garlic Paste,Red Chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Black pepper, Lemon Juice, Coriander Powder, oregano and Salt. Marinade the chicken and pour all the marination ingredients into a ziplock plastic bag and zip. Refrigerate over night.
- Filling: Heat oil and cook the raisins for few seconds then add rice, cumin and salt. Combine well and remove from heat.
- Take out the marinated chicken from bag and fill in the fillings into the chicken. Take a thread and tightly knot the chicken legs together. Now Sprinkle the olive oil over the chicken.
- Pre heat oven and bake the chicken at 220 c for 45 minutes.
