Ingredients
- Black Cardamom, ground2 Tablespoons
- Cloves, ground2 Tablespoons
- Cinnamon, ground2 Tablespoons
- Cumin, ground5 Tablespoons
- Green Cardamom, ground2 Tablespoons
- Black Pepper2 Tablespoons
Instructions
- Using a grinder grind all the spices.
- Mix all the spices together well and keep it in airtight jar.
- Use it for rice, it's called Charmasala especially for rice.
