Ingredients

  • Black Cardamom, ground2 Tablespoons
  • Cloves, ground2 Tablespoons
  • Cinnamon, ground2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin, ground5 Tablespoons
  • Green Cardamom, ground2 Tablespoons
  • Black Pepper2 Tablespoons



Instructions

  1. Using a grinder grind all the spices.
  2. Mix all the spices together well and keep it in airtight jar.
  3. Use it for rice, it's called Charmasala especially for rice.
