 
          
          Rice ( Dam Pokht)

Ingredients
- Rice long grained 4 cups
- Oil1/2 cup or you use less
- Cumin powder1 teaspoon
- Cinnemon Powder1 teaspoon
- Tomato5 grated
- SaltTo taste
- Water
Instructions
	- Wash the rice well and soak it for 4 hours. (i soak it over night and cook it next day)
- Blend well the tomatoes in blender.
- Heat oil add the tomato and cook it well till the tomato separates from oil.
- Add cumin powder, cinnamon powder, salt, some water and strained rice.
- Add more water, the water should be 1/2 inch above the rice.
- Bring it to boil.
- When it boils.
- Cover the lid with a thick cotton all around well.
- Now cover the pot of rice with the cotton covered lid well to not let the steam go out.
- Cook the rice for 30 minutes at low flame heat.
- Ready.
