Qoruti Sada (simple curd soup)

    • Curd or chakka1/2 cup
    • Garlic1 Teaspoon minced
    • Chili1 minced
    • Water1 cup
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Oli4 Tablespoons
    • Onion2 sliced
    • Dry mint1 Tablespoon


    1. Heat oil and cook the onion till brown. Remove onion from oil and set aside.
    2. Mix chilli and garlic in curd and add the water. Lower the heat and add the curd mixture in to oil, slowly cook the curd and keep stirring. Do not bring the curd to hard boil otherwise the curd will curdle.
    3. Season with salt, dry mint and serve it with fried onion and bread.
