Prep Time: 10 Min Cook time: 15-20 Min
- Plums ( Chopped & Pitted)5 cups
- Sugar2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Rose Essence1 Tablespoon
- Wash, chop and pit the plums.
- Combine plums, sugar, water and bring to boil.
- Stir in between for 10 minutes or till the jam is thicken.
- Remove from burner and let it cool then reserve it in the jars and refrigerate.
