Plum Jam

Ingredients

  • Plums ( Chopped & Pitted)5 cups
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Rose Essence1 Tablespoon



Instructions

  1. Wash, chop and pit the plums.
  2. Combine plums, sugar, water and bring to boil.
  3. Stir in between for 10 minutes or till the jam is thicken.
  4. Remove from burner and let it cool then reserve it in the jars and refrigerate.
