- Flour2 cups (some extra)
- Instant dry yeast1 tablespoon (i love my dough yeasty, you can use less)
- Warm Water3/4 cup
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tablespoons
- salt To Taste
- Sugar1 Tablespoon
- In a deep bowl pour flour,sugar, yeast, salt and olive oil and mix well.
- Add water and mix well to make the dough, then on a floured surface kneed for some time to make a soft and nice ball of dough.
- Rub the dough with some oil and cover it with a cotton cloth or plastic.
- Let the dough rest in warm place for an hour to double in size or rise.
