- Peas1 cup
- Garlic2 cloves
- Spring Onion1
- SaltTo Taste
- Black Peppera pinch
- Oregano1/2 teaspoon
- Water1/2 cup
- Boil the peas, garlic and spring onion in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
- Remove it from burner drain the peas but keep the water.
- In blender jar add the boiled peas, garlic, little oregano, salt and black pepper and 1/2 cup of boiled peas water and blend it well.
- Transfer it in a bowl and decorate it with some oregano and coriander.Serve it hot or cold.
