      For Jamun
  • Cottage Cheese200 grams
  • All Purpose Flour3 Tablespoons
  • Baking Powder1/4 Teaspoon
  • Rose Essence1/2 Teaspoon
    1. For For Syrup
  • Sugar1,1/2 cups
  • Water1 Cup
  • Saffron5 Strands
  • Rose Essence1 Teaspoon


  1. Syrup: Combine sugar , water, saffron and bring to boil, when the syrup becomes sticky its ready. Remove from heat and add the essence.
  2. Gulab Jamun : Scramble the cottage cheese using your finger tips, add flour, Baking Powder,rose essence and make a soft dough. Make small balls from dough and set aside.
  3. Heat Oil and deep fry the Paneer Gulab Jamuns on low heat until golden brown. Stir some time to fry equally and cook 2-3 balls at a time.
  4. Now golden brown Gulab Jamuns are ready to immerse them into syrup. Let it in syrup for 1 hour and enjoy.
