Naaf Pari (milk pistachio fudge)

  • Dry Milk1 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Pistachio1/4 cup ground
  • Cardamom1 Tablespoon
  • Ghee1 Tablespoon


  1. In a pan add sugar, water, ghee and heat it until become syrup and bubbly.
  2. Remove from heat and add cardamom and dry milk combine well.
  3. When its like a soft ball dough , oil your hands with little ghee and take a half spoon fudge and make small ball, then make a hole in center and place a half teaspoon of pistachio too. Do the same with the rest of fudge.
  4. Cool and serve with tea.
