- Dry Milk1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Pistachio1/4 cup ground
- Cardamom1 Tablespoon
- Ghee1 Tablespoon
- In a pan add sugar, water, ghee and heat it until become syrup and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and add cardamom and dry milk combine well.
- When its like a soft ball dough , oil your hands with little ghee and take a half spoon fudge and make small ball, then make a hole in center and place a half teaspoon of pistachio too. Do the same with the rest of fudge.
- Cool and serve with tea.
