Milk Rice Pudding

Sheerbrinj is a pudding and a dessert. It takes time to cook it slowly and it becomes tastier. If you cook it in short time it will burn and will taste/smell different

Ingredients
- Rice , short grained1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Full Cream Milk4 Cups
- Cream1/2 cup
- Water4 cups
- Cardamom7 pods . crushed
- Rose Water1/4 Teaspoon
- Pistachio, ground1 Tablespoon
- Cardamom Powder1 Teaspoon
Instructions
- Wash rice and drain the water.
- In a pot add water and rice and cook it until rice slightly softens.
- Add sugar, milk, cardamom pods and continue cooking over low to medium heat until the mixture thickens.
- Add table cream and rose water mix well.
- Cook the Sheerbrinj for couple of more minutes or so.
- Serve it with ground pistachios and cardamom powder.
