- Ripe Firm Mangoes8
- Sugar2 cup
- Lemon Juice2 lemon
- Lemon Zest2 Lemon
- Water1 cup
- First of all peel, pit and chop the mangoes.
- Combine mango, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, water and bring to boil.
- Stir continuously for 10 minutes or till the mango jam cooks thickens.
- Remove from heat and Jam is ready, and you can fill in the jars and refrigerate.
