Mango Jam

  • Ripe Firm Mangoes8
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Lemon Juice2 lemon
  • Lemon Zest2 Lemon
  • Water1 cup


  1. First of all peel, pit and chop the mangoes.
  2. Combine mango, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, water and bring to boil.
  3. Stir continuously for 10 minutes or till the mango jam cooks thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and Jam is ready, and you can  fill in the jars and refrigerate.
