- Fresh Mango Puree1 cup
- All Purpose Flour1/2 cup
- Semolina (sujee)1 cup
- Caster sugar1 cup
- Vanilla Essence1 Teaspoon
- Ghee or Butter1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 Teaspoon
- Baking Soda1/2 Teaspoon
- In a bowl mix mango , egg, ghee, caster sugar, vanilla and whisk well.
- Add semolina, flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix again.
- Pour the batter into butter paper based pan.
- Pre heat oven and bake the cake for 40 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
