Mango Cake

Ingredients

  • Fresh Mango Puree1 cup
  • All Purpose Flour1/2 cup
  • Semolina (sujee)1 cup
  • Egg2
  • Caster sugar1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence1 Teaspoon
  • Ghee or Butter1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder1 Teaspoon
  • Baking Soda1/2 Teaspoon



Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix mango , egg, ghee, caster sugar, vanilla and whisk well.
  2. Add semolina, flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix again.
  3. Pour the batter into butter paper based pan.
  4. Pre heat oven and bake the cake for 40 minutes. Let it cool and serve.
