- Bell Pepper1
- Lemon juice1
- Lady Fingers16
- Salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Boil lady fingers for 4 minutes to tender, remove it from burner drain the hot water and submerge it into cold water.
- Clean and wash all the vegetables.
- Cut them all into pieces.
- Cut the lady fingers.
- Mix all the ingredients and add lemon juice salt and olive oil. Enjoy
