- Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon and salt for 1 hour.
- Heat ghee and fry onions until golden. Add in tomato, red chili, masala and fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add marinated chicken and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add in yogurt , lemon juice salt and cover to cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Stir in between to avoid sticking.
- Serve with sliced onion and fresh chili and bread.
