- All Purpose Flour1/2 cup
- Sugar1 Tablespoon
- Rose essence1 Tablespoon
- Milk1 1/2 cups

- Mix well flour, milk and sugar in deep pan, put it on burner and cook it on medium heat, keep stirring. Takes some time to stir and cook.
- Plate it and sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon over Kaachi, heat oil and make a hole in center of Kaachi and pour the heated oil in the center.
