- Fresh Mint1 Bunch
- Clean and wash mint then place it on colander for 5 hours to all its water go away.
- Place butter paper on a plate and arrange the strained mint.
- Microwave the mint for 10 minutes.
- Rub dried Mint using finger tips then strain using strainer.
