Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • Peanut 1 cup
  • Honey1/2 cup
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanilla1 Teaspoon



Instructions

  1. Roast the peanuts in pan for 5 minutes, keep stirring to avoid burning. Let it cool then shell them.
  2. Process the peanut using food processor till peanuts become soft and fine.
  3. Add honey, vanilla and salt process it again for a couple of minutes.
  4. Transfer it into an air tight container or eat it fresh.
