  1. Gently peel the orange be careful not cut the white much (that makes it bitter).
  2. Julienne the orange peel using a knife, as shown in picture.
  3. If you use it for rice, boil it with water three times for 15 minutes then strain and cook it with some sugar and cardamom powder.
  4. Or you can use it in any recipe you want.
