- Gently peel the orange be careful not cut the white much (that makes it bitter).
- Julienne the orange peel using a knife, as shown in picture.
- If you use it for rice, boil it with water three times for 15 minutes then strain and cook it with some sugar and cardamom powder.
- Or you can use it in any recipe you want.
