Halva e sujee is a dessert, but I usually make it for breakfast.

Prep Time: 5 Min Cook time: 15 Min
- Semolina 1 Cup
- Oil1/2 Cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Cardamom1 Tablespoon
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Hot Water2 Cups
- Almonds (optional)
- Heat oil add sujee and fry till it is lightly golden brown.
- In a separate bowl mix water with cardamom, sugar, raisins.
- Add the water mixture to the Sujee Mixture and keep stirring to avoid making lumps
- Let Halava continue cooking till the Halva absorbs the water and is dry and well cooked.
- Ready to serve.
