Green Coriander Chutney

    • Coriander2 bunches
    • Garlic6 cloves
    • Green Chilli or jalepeno4-5 (as much spicy you like)
    • Walnut4
    • Salt to taste
    • White Vinegar1/4 cup
      1. For Optional: If you add yogurt or lemon juice do not use White Vineger.
    • Yogurt1 cup
    • Lemon Juice1/4 cup


    1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix first on and off to mince them and then run the motor on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the chutney becomes smooth.
    2. Transfer to a jar that can be sealed tightly, seal it, and store in a refrigerator if you want to keep it for longer.
