- Coriander2 bunches
- Garlic6 cloves
- Green Chilli or jalepeno4-5 (as much spicy you like)
- Salt to taste
- White Vinegar1/4 cup
- For Optional: If you add yogurt or lemon juice do not use White Vineger.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix first on and off to mince them and then run the motor on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until the chutney becomes smooth.
- Transfer to a jar that can be sealed tightly, seal it, and store in a refrigerator if you want to keep it for longer.
