Gooseberry Jam

  • Gooseberry125 grams
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Cardamom1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons
  • Water1 cup


  1. Boil the gooseberries for 10 minutes. Remove the water and let cool.
  2. Remove seeds and blend well using blender.
  3. Bring to boil the water and sugar then add the blended gooseberry and cook until soft and sticky like jam. Add in the cardamom at end and mix.
  4. Let cool.
