- Gooseberry125 grams
- Sugar1 cup
- Cardamom1 Tablespoon
- Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons
- Water1 cup
- Boil the gooseberries for 10 minutes. Remove the water and let cool.
- Remove seeds and blend well using blender.
- Bring to boil the water and sugar then add the blended gooseberry and cook until soft and sticky like jam. Add in the cardamom at end and mix.
- Let cool.
